To rent a vehicle from us, you must meet the following driver’s license requirements:
Valid Driver’s License: You must have a valid driver’s license that has been held for at least 1 year. International drivers are welcome, but your license must be in English, French, or Arabic. If your license is in another language, an International Driver’s Permit (IDP) is required.
Age Requirements: The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge.
License for the Rental Duration: Your driver’s license must be valid for the entire duration of the rental period.

If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, we accept payments directly to our bank account. Please note that bank transfer payments must be completed before the pick-up date, and we recommend you allow extra time for processing.
Cash payments are accepted upon pick-up at our rental location. Please ensure the exact amount is provided, as change may not always be available.
Our secure online payment system allows you to pay via credit/debit card or PayPal at the time of booking. This ensures your reservation is confirmed immediately, with no need to worry about payment upon arrival.
Free Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee, which may be up to 50% of the total booking amount, depending on the rental agreement.
No-Show: If you do not show up for your reservation without prior notice, the full rental fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
